1. How to place order?
Ans:
1.First select the circle lenses you want to purchase at your left hand side menu.
2.Then,select the prescription of circle lenses, ( 1QTY is equal 1pair of circle lenses) then click Order.
3. click "add to cart"
4. double check your order and prescription,you also can include a message along with your order, then click "Go To Payments" button.
5.Fill in the forms, then click continued.
6. select button "Credit Card" or "Payment by Paypal" then click "Continue" ( we accept Credit Card now.)
7.After we receive your payment we will send out your parcel the next working day.
8.Tracking number will email to you after we've have sent out your parcel. Tracking number will be email to you through this email: Traseyee@yahoo.com
2. What is the shipping fees?
Ans:
each parcel will be charged a flat rate USD7 per parcel, ship by registered mail, will reach in 14 working days.
Client can chose to ship the items by EMS.
EMS shipping fees is USD35-USD45 for each parcel depends on the quantities.
EMS delivery time is 4-5working days.
Kindly inform us if you wish to ship by EMS.
3. when is the expiry date of the circle lens?
Ans:
The circle lenses can last for 1year once opened, if it is not yet open it can last for 3 years. Expiry date for the lenses is 2011/2012/2013.
4.How do i know what prescription i should buy?
Ans:
First you need to get your eye test result in any optical shop. After you knew your prescription for contact lenses you can purchase circle lens with your prescription precisely. If you don't have any short-sighted problem, you can choose 0(plano) for the prescription.
5.What if i have astigmatism problem?
Ans:
Sorry to tell that the circle lenses does not include any astig. power. Therefore if you have astig over -2.00 you are not suitable to wear the circle lens. If your astig is below -2.00 you can add -0.25 to -0.50 at your short sighted prescription.
6.What is the Payment Method?

7.Return & Replace Policy?
Ans:
At Thedollyeye.com, we want you to be pleased with your purchase.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Kindly check the lenses from the bottom of the bottle before you open it.
We do not accept return & replace for reasons:
1. dislike the color
2.exchange to other prescripton
3.order wrongly for the color and or prescription
